Steps of the code

  1. format_name.R make sure each name are scientific name and not common name

  2. format_matrix.R which results in 65 Ecopath networks in on interaction table

  3. resolve_taxonomy.R make sur each name are accepted scientific name

  4. get_ecopathdb.R get the metadata associated with each Ecopath model Year for Alto Golfo de California was set to 1985

  5. environment_traits.R get the environment related data of every Ecopath model

  6. species_traits.R get the traits related data of every species
